How do I get my Certificate Translated & Apostille?

Notary & Apostille Service works with several Certified Translation Specialist to get the lowest cost for you. Your translated document will be certified and includes a Notarized Translators Affidavit for Certificate of Accuracy. After your document is translated Notary & Apostille Service can then get your documents Apostille (Apostile or Apostilla) if needed.

Translation Cost

Your translation cost will be calculated by the number of words on a page and or the number of pages. In most cases, the average translations is about $90.00 per page approximately 500 words. All of our translations are completed by highly trained translators.

If you want Notary & Apostille Service to get your document translated or Apostille, then you need to submit the following to Notary & Apostille Service:

  1. The original or a copy of document that needs to be translated.
  2. Your Translation Request Form to indicating the type of translation you want.
  3. Your translation Fees Paid in advance, based on quote given.

 

If you already have your Translation

  1. And it has been properly notarized by a NYC Notary.
  2. We will get your document legalized for an Apostille or Certification of Authority when it is received.

PLEASE NOTE: NOTARIZED DOCUMENTS ACCEPTABLE FOR AN APOSTILLE, ARE DOCUMENTS THAT ARE NOTARIZED BY A NOTARY PUBLIC WHICH MUST CONTAIN THE JURAT IN ORDER TO BE ACCEPTABLE FOR AN APOSTILLE.
