Nassau County Notary Public

Mobile Notary Public Service & Traveling Notary Signing Agent service is available for the following Nassau County cities, towns, villages & areas. A Notary Signing Agent is a Notary Public who is qualified to handle the special requirements of notarizing mortgage loan documents, for example refinance loan, new purchase, reverse mortgage, CEMA, Deed of Trust, Quit Claim, equity loan, etc.

Our normal business hours are from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. However, after hour Notary Public Service is offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24/7 or 24x7) on a case by case basis. For any service after 7:00 PM or on Sundays there is an extra charge for Mobile Notary Public service.  The extra charge depends on the how late in the evening or how early in the morning & the distance that has to be traveled to you. 

The total cost for notary service consists of a "Travel fee" & a "Notary Public stamp fee" of $2.00 for each Notary Public Stamp applied to your document & a "Late Night fee" if applicable.
