Here are some problems that folks are having when it comes to getting their diploma or transcript Apostille.
Q. I want to get my diploma or degree Apostille but I don't want to send my diploma or degree to a stranger to get an Apostille.
A. Sometimes you don't have a choice. Since, it maybe the policy of the school to only issue certification to the original degree holder. The only way to prove this is by bring the degree or diploma to the school. So here's what you can do. Find out if the country where you are sending the Apostille document to will accept a notarized copy of your school transcript, degree or diploma.
If they will, then just have a notary make the a copy of your document for you, [this is very important step], then have the notary sign it. You can now send us a copy of your original transcript and I will get your document Apostille.
Q. My college transcript is sealed and I was told not to open it. Can you help me get this Apostille?
A. This may seem like a problem. However, this is how to solve it. Obtain from the registrar of the University an official true copy of the credentials bearing the seal of the university. The registrar should then execute an affidavit attesting to the validity of the document before a notary public in the registrar's office or elsewhere at the university.
Most schools require me to have the original diploma or degree with a letter from you authorizing me to carry out the details of your letter including getting the Apostille. They will then certify the diploma or degree & include the transcript with the completed package.
Frequently the business office of colleges and universities have notaries public.

Primary and Secondary Schools
Make an appointment with the school principal, bring a notary public to the principal's office in order that the principal may execute an affidavit attesting to the validity of the document before the notary.
