Requests to cancel prior to processing will be honored, with a 50% cancelation penalty, plus fees for return shipping of original documents if any. Any fees to be refunded will be processed within 30 calendar days, and will be via check mailed via United States Postal Service (USPS).


Disputes

Disputes regarding or arising from the use of our services shall have as an absolute maximum limit, the value of the cost of services actually paid; Any such disputes shall be brought to and settled in the Court system of Suffolk County, New York, USA. Both parties select this court as exclusive venue to bring such action, and waive any rights to bring action in another court. Consumers shall hold this agency & it employees, agents harmless for any delays, loss, misdirection or theft of their documents placed with the United States Postal Service, FedEx, DHL, TNT or any other delivery agents.
