PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. CASH - Will only be accepted only in person, do not send cash money via mail. We will not be responsible for documents that arrive without the cash.

2. PAYPAL - Click here to pay or use the "Send Money" tab on paypal.com after you log-into Paypal.com or click on the "Buy Now" button Below.

3. CHECK or MONEY ORDER - You may include with your order a check or money order in USA Dollars payable to “Notary & Apostille Service” (Your Check or Money Order will be subjected to a delay for funds to clear).

4. CREDIT CARD - Notary & Apostille Service will only accept credit card payments online via Google Checkout (Google Wallet) on the website or through PayPal.com. If requested you can provide your email address so Notary & Apostille Service can email you an invoice to request payment or just send money to my email address AlanMurray@NYNOTARY4U.COM.

5. MONEY GRAM - Send the “Reference Number” and any information necessary to receive funds.

6. WESTERN UNION - If paying by Western Union you will need to send me the:

  1. MTC number along with the
  2. Name of the person sending the money, the
  3. Name of Town, and State. If you are outside the USA you will have to provide the Village/Providence and what Country the money was sent from.

7. BANK (WIRE) TRANSFER - Request additional information if you decide to use this method of payment. MY IBAN is the same as my bank routing number. 

Warning: If you use a bank wire to send money please be aware some bank may use another service to wire the money to my account.  This other service provider may take an unspecified amount of money, (I've seen up to $30 dollars), from the money you are sending to me to complete the money transfer to my account.  If this is the case, then you will still be responsible for this hidden charge even if your statement show you paid the correct amount requested & this  charge does not show up on your transaction.

Your document will be held until this hidden charge is paid.

To avoid this  hidden charge problem use another method of payment.

Please note Notary & Apostille Service will not set-up a new bank account just to transfer money from your bank. This includes foreign country banks located in the USA.

Mail options for Overnight Mail Couriers

Notary & Apostille Service is not responsible for damaged, delayed or lost mail. It is recommended that you get & provide us with a tracking number on any mail you send to Notary & Apostille Service.

Please note the PO box is not checked often, so if you send any important documents to it, you should inform me to prevent any processing delays. 

Also, FedEx will not ship to a Post Office Box, so use the physical address below.
